Though I always stay up late, I know that I have to go to bed earlier. And I may become sick if I go on keeping this condition. I think that I have to do some things in order to make my situation better. If I am able to do them, I will live happily more and more. In my case, it takes me a lot of time to finish assignments in this university. Therefore, I am often said that I need more time than others do. However, I think that the fact can show you what I am able to act with care. Anyway, I am going to explain things that I should do in order to make my situation better to you.
First, I think that what we sleep a lot makes us healthier. I have not a lot of times to sleep at night because I often find what I want to do when I sit up late at that time. However, we have to take a rest so as to keep our body healthy. Of course, I know the fact of this. Also, I know the lack of sleep always makes me tired. So, I am going to finish my assignments by the time that changes a date in order to keep my condition good. And I would like to keep doing it.
Second, I think that what we have three meals a day is very important for us. When I was a high school student, I knew how important that was. After we eat a meal, it becomes our energy. And we are able to act because of it. Especially, it is the best for the people who have lived in Japan for years to eat rice because it is one of the foods that become their energy. It is also important for us to exercise in order not to make the things that we eat fat after we have a meal.
Third, I think it is necessary for us to laugh because we are able to forget the things we are worried about for a while if we do it. You may not think that to laugh connects to what we keep our bodies healthy. However, we can always have the feelings that make us happy a little when we do it. They are able to help us to relax and we can start to act in a light mood. I think that we will go to bed smoothly if we go on laughing regularly. And the custom is able to make my mind and body fresh.
When I was a child, I had gone to bed at 10 or 11. However, I often sit up late at night lately. I think that there are two reasons why I do it. One is what I have a lot of interests. I knew that I am able to have many chances of getting a lot of information when I sit up late. The other is the change of the way to think of midnight. When I became a high school student, I had thought that we must go to bed until midnight, but I think that it is a good time for concentrating on studying now. I like this song very much because this is the song that was used in my favorite TV program. That is "How do you like Wednesday". Originally, this program was only broadcast in Hokkaido Prefecture. However, this program became a very famous program in this prefecture, and the reputation spread to all parts of the country. This program is sold as DVDs now. And this program is loved by a lot of people in Japan. I think that this program is different from the other TV programs in being made by a few members. They are Takayuki Suzui, Tadahisa Fujimura, Masamichi Ureshino, and Yo Oizumi. Especially, Yo Oizumi has appeared on some video dramas, so you may know him well. He is so funny and his behavior or what he says always makes a lot of people laugh. I think that he will appear on TV more and more. Anyway, I would like you to listen to this song! Book review 2-3
As you know, there are a lot of famous cities in the world. For example, they are London, Rome, Paris, and so on. They have a lot of beautiful landscapes and buildings. Paris is famous for a big street. Rome is famous for a stadium. And London is famous for a clock tower. I think that I would like to travel to one of the cities before I become an old man. However, the United States of America is one of the biggest countries in the world, so I am not able to miss the culture or buildings. Especially, we have to notice the capital of this country. I found a book that explains it to you. It can help you to know a part of the United States of America. So, I am going to introduce it to you.
The name of the book that I am going to introduce is "WASHINGTON D.C.". As this book has a lot of pictures, you will be able to understand the contents of it easily. Then, I am going to explain the contents to you. In Washington D.C., there is the White House that is one of the most famous congresses in the world. The White House has a lot of rooms, so I thought that I would like to see it someday. Also, there are a lot of memorials and monuments in the place. For example, the Lincoln Memorial is one of them. In addition, there are a lot of buildings that we had better go and see at least once in our life. For example, National Museum of Natural History is a very good building, so I think that I want to look over it more and more. After that, there are some entertainments. For example, they are music, basketball, and so on.

Three vehicles I like
When I was a little child, I often watched the videotapes that introduced a lot of vehicles to us. According to my parents' explanation, the first thing I remembered was the names of the companies of car when I lived in another place. I was a child who hardly spoke, so it became the first interest in my life. And I found the other thing that I could not help but be absorbed in. It is to play with toy cars. I had loved them because it was fun for me to use them as if they had run by themselves. My father bought a lot of them and the toys that were able to be used for me. In addition, ambulances have been used in hospitals and they have saved a lot of people who are in critical condition.

As far as I know, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is one of the most famous countries for it in the world. Also, it is very important for me to use a car in going to school. And if there were no buses in the world, a lot of people could not move anywhere and we could not get a lot of things that we needed. In other words, I think that most of the people in the world are not able to live without making use of a bus, too.
Third, I am going to explain a taxi to you. A taxi is the vehicle that is usually used for carrying one or two people at the same time. I seldom use it, but it is able to help the people who have to carry their colleagues to move. After they drink with their colleagues, they sometimes have to take care of the drunken persons of them. When they do it, they tend to move by making use of taxis. So, I often remember a taxi when I imagine the scene. Also, I think that taxis are often seen at the station.
Now, as you know, there are many kinds of vehicles in the world. For example, they are a linear motor train, an air cushion vehicle, a bullet train, and so on. They always help us to live every day. However, they sometimes cause some accidents. We may die from them. In other words, a lot of vehicles are able to help us, but they can kill us, too. In fact, though you may know this fact, a lot of accidents happen in the world. I think that it is very important for us to understand the good points and bad points which a lot of vehicles have.
